The following document is the information filed by the police with the court for possession for the purposes of trafficking. The case was plead down to simple possession when Jeffery agreed to plead guilty, a fairly common practice to avoid a trial.
According to Jeffery's ex-girlfriend Chrissie, she found a suitcase full of marijuana in her house after Jeffery had been taken away by the police. The drugs were all wrapped in plastic, as if for resale.
