This document describes Jeffery's breach of his no contact order with Chrissie. He was released from jail with an order to not contact or communicate with Chrissie in any way, and was staying at his sister's home in Milton as she was responsible for his bail. Instead, he returned to Barrie and then phoned Chrissie, violating his peace bond.
He was rearrested and returned to jail. As you can see from this document, on conviction, he was sentenced to and served a total of 30 days for this offence, in the maximum security prison in Penetanguishene, Ontario.
Jeffery is currently on probation until 2014 - if he gets in trouble again, he will most likely go back to jail for an extended period of time.
