Assault with weapon

This document is the information filed by the police with the court for assault with a weapon. As you can see, Jeffery is alleged in this item to have used a weapon, a beer bottle, to assault Chrissie.
According to Chrissie's nephew Tim, Jeffery threw a beer bottle at Chrissie at his father's wedding in a separate incident, before this one. Tim also stated that any time he saw Chrissie, "...she had a black eye, or bruises, because Mark was beating on her".
Other friends of Chrissie's have alleged that at least two other local women either have currently, or did have, peace bonds (a no contact order from the courts) against Jeffery. We've been unable as yet to locate these women, but are following up on several leads.
